岗位职责:
任职资格:
1、根据公司的流程和规则，为客户、营销员提供一站式服务。根据咨询内容，给予解答和指引，创造良好的客户体验。
2、核对客户和营销员所递交的资料，办理其保单变更、理赔申请、照会处理等日常事务，支持公司业务的正常营运。
3、处理客户投诉，并跟踪事件处理全过程，改善客户满意度。
4、根据需求收集信息制作报表，为公司业务回顾提供参考。
5、以客户为导向，及时反馈客户需求并提出流程改善建议，提升公司整体客服质量。
6、具备异议处理及冲突管理的能力。
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1. 本科或以上学历, 良好的客服意识和服务态度
2. 良好的自学及创新能力，有效解决问题的能力
3. 具备一定的特长或专业背景（法律、医学、IT、VIP服务、英语）
4. 形象佳，富责任感、有耐性、有亲和力
