Role & Responsibilities
Develop and drive the sales strategy for Contract Logistics (CL) services in Agility Greater China Area (GCA), which mainly focus in East China area.
Assist the Head of Sales & Implementation CL in developing and driving the CL East China strategy.
Full profit & loss responsibility for sales team and new implementations in CLEast China area.
Ownership of the CL East China region sales target.
Maintain a strong relationship with ISCS, KAM, NF and other sales teams to deliver cross-product solutions.
Responsible for translating the global sales strategy into the Area level.
Drive the execution of the Area sales strategy to meet relevant targets.
Ensure the adoption, application and continual improvement of the Solution Sales Methodology.
Sales budgeting.
Fully responsible for variable and fixed costs for sales and implementation team.
Ownership of the GCA CL sales target.
Sales force planning.
Resource deployment.
Sales management incl. target setting and follow up.
Position Agility GCA CL the preferred supply chain partner in Greater China within all selected target industries.
Develop and own the key Value Propositions to segmented and identified target clients.
Ensure close communication with Global teams in other regions.
Together with various stakeholders, develop, design and propose client specific solutions and proposal.
Develop deep and senior relationships with existing and future key clients and expand / develop the Agility Logistics business engagement with them across GCA.
