H&M is expanding, and so is the Production organization in China. We are therefore looking for a Country IT Manager, who wants a role with great development opportunities in an exciting team.

We are looking for someone who is interested in how IT can support and improve business operations for the Production organization, which includes Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar and the China offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou.

While leading the Country IT team, you will also cooperate with business functions, other country IT managers and the Central IT colleagues in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities are:
##Be an active part of the Global Country IT Function and promote country needs
##Collaborate with central functions and other Country IT Managers
##Manage and develop the local team
##Be the bridge between IT and other functions
##Handle local vendors and purchases according to H&M policies
##Work according to best practice based on global guidelines
##Ensure secure and stable IT operations and user support

The position is located in Shanghai and will require domestic and international travel. The Country IT Manager will report directly to the China Country Management, and to the Regional IT Manager based in Bangalore.
