Purpose:

Provide professional product service to support local sales and consumers marketing; Active supporting role to develop product management business for Cooper tires Asia.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintenance the Cooper tire product road map with product life circle management.

- Supporting and cooperate with ATC and Road testing for product development and product features definition.

- Feedback the product performance and monitoring the competition product development with customer needs survey.

- Analysis the domestic and OE market requirements.

- Analysis the competition products / product portfolio.

- Contact and follow up with the center product management guide line to update the product information, brochures and leaflets, ensure the market will get the last update about the product information

- Follow and cooperate with the sales/communication to do the product training for internal and external customers, update the training materials and development the standard product training concept.

- Follow up and cooperate with center product marketing to realize the product events, product launch, etc

- Efficient product feedback survey with the internal and external customers about the product features and trends.

- 10% of the travel frequency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in an Engineering or Science discipline

- Technical product knowledge.

- 3-5 years of experiences in product marketing service / Product management professional knowledge, product road map, product portfolio, product life circle management, or JV Company in automotive industry (preferred tire industry).

- Strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills

- Fluent in Chinese, English / Experience in western company.

- PC skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Knowledge of tire development, manufacturing and control, preferred

- Product management professional knowledge with business plan development process experience., preferred
