- Responsible for establishing OEM customer's technical services workflow and document management platform.

- Responsible for OEM customers to do the technical service support product development and sales teams work together.

- Depending on the specific development process OEM customers different requirements, is responsible for doing product testing, tire production, R & D capabilities, logistics and other aspects of advance preparation, organization and coordination of OEMs to my company's technology centers, manufacturing facilities, logistics, technical services, after-sales service does not meet the project review and supervise the rectification work;

- Responsible for establishing and coordinating project team target OEM customers and is responsible for business and the company's external part of the project work, unity and corporate resources for the project phase of the target service;

- Organizing and coordinating the company's technology, factories and related departments of the OEM business and technical visits;

- Responsible for doing the customer to visit our company's pre-understanding and preparation, coordination of various departments to complete each other to achieve the purpose of audit visits;

- Responsible for doing the preparatory work before the test tire, vehicle test requirements and to understand the brand competition situation, to ensure that product testing by;

50% of the travel frequency.

- Bachelor degree in an Engineering or sales, management or chemical related fields;

- Technical product knowledge.

- 3-5 years of OEM customer experiences in technical services / after sales service for foreign invested, or JV Company in automotive industry (preferred tire industry).

- Strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills

- Fluent in Chinese, English / Experience in western or Tire Company.

PC skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Knowledge of tire development, manufacturing and control, preferred

OEM tires work experience preferred.
