职位描述
Major responsibilities:
? Familiar with the market attributes and understand client’s preference.
? Source new potential vendors that suite the client’s product needs.
? Supervise and guide a team of Technician
? Educate and update vendors on company policies like technical evaluation and buyer’s individual requirement so as to ensure legitimate working procedures while satisfying customer’s needs.
? Set goals and organize subordinates to accomplish them on time.
? Develop subordinates to reach a higher potential and recognize their ability and strength.
? Settle disputes between clients and vendors on Technical issue claims while keeping their good business relationship.
? Identify current problems, foresee pitfalls and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow.
? Coordinate with other supporting departments like Merchandising, Quality Assurance and MIS & ADMINISTRATION to ensure smooth workflow.
? Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
Qualification requirements:
? At least 7 years experience at supervisory level.
? Strong product knowledge in wood and metal indoor furniture, outdoor experience a plus.
? Knowledge in US and U.K product standard and European market is preferred.
? Fluency in spoken & written English is prerequisite, Mandarin is an advantage.
? Good communication, leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills.
