Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform regional oversight of internal control risks and issues
1.1 Participate in all internal audit closing meetings for Asia entities
1.2 Track issues and action plan status for all issues identified by external audits, internal audits and SOX testing
1.3 Coordinate the ICF project and its annual update at each location; follow up with action plan status
identified in the process
1.4 Share issues identified, lessons learned and remediation actions from all Cooper entities with each Asia
operation to prevent similar issues
1.5 Provide leadership and continuously drive awareness of the importance of establishing and keeping sound
IC environment at each location
1.6 Bring any IC related concerns to management attention as soon as it is identified
1.7 Learn and bring the quarterly IC functional questionnaire process to Asia entities

2. Coordinate BS review processes
2.1 Standardize BS review format and processes among Asia entities
2.2 Perform initial review for each Asia entities on a monthly basis by Day 10 and provide feedback to CFO
and location Controller
2.3 Follow up with questions/issues identified during the review until its resolution

3. Participate in internal audit and SOX testing
3.1 Participate in certain internal audits
3.2 Participate in annual SOX testing to understand IC environment at each location


Required Skills and Abilities
* Bachelor's degree and above, majored in accounting or finance
* Self-motivated & self-started
* Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin
* 2-5 year external audit, especially big 4 audit experience
* CPA preferred

Working Conditions:
* Must be able to overtime if required
* Travel to company subsidiaries required
