职位描述
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sales target
1.1 Achieve and exceed the Volume & Profit target within his carmakers. Provide action plan and feedback of his carmakers.
2. Sales management
2.1 Keep the relation ship with his carmakers and control regular supplyment to his carmakers
2.2 Give the order plan and contorl the stock
2.3 Care about information of new vehicle plan and competitor action
3. Carmaker management
3.1 Be responsible for his carmakers
3.2 Establish regular relationship with his carmakers
4. Expense control
4.1 Control travel expense within budget.
5. Information collection and feedback
5.1 Give weekly and business report to show information of carmakers and competitors
5.2 Give information of new vehicle development plan of carmakers
6.Credit control
6.1 Push the carmaker make the payment on time according to the contract.
6.2 Control the credit of his carmakers and stock in warehouse
Required Skills and Abilities
* Bachelor Degree or above
* With 5+ years sales experience in the automotive or related industries; and at least 2+ years experience in OEM sales ;
*Must have the experience of OEM sales and knowledge of tire industry;
* Strong communication, presentation & negotiating skills
* Well understanding of automotive market
* Fluent English both speaking and written
Working Conditions:
* flexible and can travel frequently.
