职位描述
职责:
建立行政后勤管理制度及流程,完善行政后勤工作流程规范化、信息化,并有效执行
制定行政后勤预算,并进行合理控制,有效降低办公成本
负责行政供应商管理,为公司所有业务部门提供有效的行政后勤支持
管理后勤服务工作,包括办公室环境管理 (办公室搬迁、装修、软装等)、 前台、物业、保安、车辆等
固定资产、办公用品的管理及盘点,配合员工活动组织以及员工投诉处理及回复
其他上级交办的行政后勤事务
Responsibilities:
Establish administrative management procedures, perfect, normalize, informationize and effectively execute admin and logistics workflow
Set admin and logistics budgets to reduce office cost effectively
Manage admin suppliers, provide admin and logistics support to all business departments; manage admin and logistics including office environment (office relocations, decoration, soft-mounted design, etc.), property, reception, security and vehicles
Responsible for management and inventory of fixed assets, office supplies; assist in staff activities organization, staff complaints handling
Other admin and logistics assignments by the superior management
要求:
5年以上行政后勤工作经验,其中至少2年团队管理经验
熟悉行政工作流程,对行政规范管理有丰富的实践经验,有海外办公室行政后勤支持经验者优先
具备大型办公室装修项目管理及搬家协调工作经验者优先
具备较强的计划执行能力、沟通协调能力、独立解决问题能力,较强的责任心和敬业精神,工作细致、耐心、有热情
英语CET-6以上,熟悉书面英语,口语能进行简单交流
Requirements:
5+ years experience in admin and logistics, at least 2 years experience in team management
Familiar with admin workflow, rich practical experience in admin normalization and management, experience in supporting oversea office admin and logistics is preferred
Experience in project management of large office decoration and relocation is a plus
Excellent planning, execution, communication, coordination, professionalism, problem solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, patient and passionate
CET-6 or above, familiar with written English, conversational in English.
