What are my responsibilities?
1. Assistance to daily administrative work of Operation Manager incl. daily work agenda arrangement, order circulation and follow, external visitors reception, etc.
2. Assistance to the daily communication including emails for Operation Manager.
3. Prepare the meeting agenda, material, minutes, organize and facilitate with the related internal and external parties.
4. Acting project management roles assigned by GM and provide routine update summary.
5. Documentation maintenance for the related minutes, records and emails in complete manner.
6. Monitoring contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/ subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies
7. Assistance to related company dept for events related work
8. Responsible for the domestic and international trip arrangement for Operation Manager incl. hotel reservation, tickets booking, transportation arrangement and help to resolve emergencies occurred in the trip

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Degree holder for business, administration is preferred.
2. Over1 yearsolid experience as administrative or personal assist in trading or marketing.
3. Good command of English and Cantonese in speaking
4. Familiar with Powerpoint and Excel.
5. Work independent, good communication, presentation skills and time management.

OUR BENEFITS:
1. Working 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, overtime pay will be counted legally.
2. Social insurance will be paid by company right in the join-in month, and an extra business insurance will be bought by company after probation (generally 3 months).
3. Double paid at end of the year, bonus excluded.
4. 10 days annual leave in the first year of employment without any salary deduction, 12 days in the second year and 15 days in the third year.
5. 12 days sick leave with salary every year.
