职位描述
Major responsibilities:
Supervise and train inspectors on the provision of inspection activities.
Monitoring of QA inspector task arrangement based on workload.
Ensure there are enough resources in his team to effectively inspect all shipments in Local office area as required and to inform QAM when there tasking issues.
Monitor daily QA daily activities and inspection reports.
Monitor the occurrence of any non-conformities within the inspection service and management system and inform QAM when this occurs.
Conduct quality investigation when there is quality claim.
Communicate with QA, merchant team and vendor for smooth operations.
Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
Qualification requirements:
Technical institute graduates of relevant studies or 8-10 years Furniture related quality assurance program experience.
Factory experience is a plus.
