JOB TITLE: Financial Assistant-3p/ 财务助理-三方

JOB LOCATION: Guangzhou-Guangzhou Office

DEPARTMENT: Finance

Job Descriptions:

1.Validate AP claim supporting

2.Operate corresponding action in CCMS

3.Follow up claim progress for pending claims

4.Maintain master/hierarchy in CCMS

5.Prepare useful reports to related function

6.Hot line feature.

7.Document claim voucher

8.Assist in ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

1.Junior College or above, major in Finance / Accounting or economics related.

2.Finance working experience is preferred.

3.SAP experience is preferred.

4.Willing to work under pressure

5.Basic reading & writing skill in English

6.Quick learner, passion for growth and good team player.
