Duties & Responsibilities:

• As a key member of CFT team, take part in the technical review, i.e. ensure full understand in customer's drawing requirements, quality standard and technical requirements in advance. Give advice to Process Engineer in FMEA, CC&SC
• Be responsible of NPI documents in quality field, such as Control Plan, Inspection Instruction, qualify for FAI reports and process capacity study
• Quality standards training &qualify
• Collect the information what the quality and process non-compliances in NPI phase, include internal findings and customer feedback, to make proactive actions to prevent the same recurrence in mass production
• Organize the CFT team to perform Product Audit prior to PPAP
• Communicate with customer as a customer's representative, implement process audit & quality judgment, implement CAR procedure if any non-compliance occurred
• ECN review and buy-off on new products, share the implementation information to customer priority
• Robust and fool proof resolution to prevent re-occurence

Qualifications / Capabilities:

• College or above diploma in engineering
• 3 working years of QE experience in EMS
• Knowledge in SMT
• QS9000 or ISO/TS16949, preferably with internal auditor certificate
• Able to write good 8D to customer and respond 8D on time
