Responsibilities:

QSA Audit:
To Plan, Coordinate and execute Quality System Audit programs and maintaining the system conformity to meet Customer requirement. Compile the audit report and escalate all open/unsolved issues to QMS Manager. On the Quarterly basis, review and compile the trend/improvement analysis and report the status QMR.
Revise the audit checklist whenever is required to maintain it's effectiveness to capture system deficiency.
Self Audit:
To coordinate with production Supervisor in implementing the self audit programs.
Develop the self audit checklist, monitor on the auditing activities, compile and review the effectiveness of audit program and report the status to QMS Manager.
Customer Audit:
Assist in conducting Customer Audit and Certification e.g. pre-audit preparation, follow up & verification of corrective actions to ensure that they are completed on time and satisfactorily to prevent recurrence. Further to escalate any unresolved problems to the next level of management for resolution.
Corrective Actions:
Assist QMS Manager to conduct meeting or discussion with the affected department or personnel for immediate corrective actions to be taken on any deviation during/after the audit.
Authorized and responsible to forward any unresolved quality system issues to QMS Manager or QMR for resolution.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering/Science. Certified Quality Engineer or Auditors by recognized institution may qualify for the position.
Minimum two (2) years experience as a QA Engineer/Auditor in a similar manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in ISO 9000/ TS16949 Quality Systems. APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC and FMEA tools are added advantage.
Possess good leadership and English communication skills at all levels, and is able to work well with peers.
