Job Responsibilities

a. Risk management and mass production supplier readiness during development and MP builds.  Must be able to multi-task extensively both at the project level and as a technical resource through all phases of development and new product introduction without delaying project timelines, quality and delivery requirements
b. Define critical test and process specifications and/or requirements related to various coating techniques and manufacturing processes to stabilize product quality and yields.   
c. Support DFM and FMEA risk analysis during ID and Product development.
d. Support alternate sourcing and cost down efforts.
e. Support sustaining, defect analysis and quality improvement requirements.
f. Good communication and written skills in both Mandarin and English. Strong coordination and organizational skills required.

Qualification:
Minimum of 5 years of Metal surface treatment Anodizing & PVD ..etc technical experience with tier one mobile phone and high end consumer electronic products. 

The experience should include at a minimum:  
a. Work experience in multi-national tier one metal treatment supplier is a must.
b. Experience in related process audits to assess risk and identify corrective action planning for yield improvement.
c. Strong DOE experience in production line environment to and in trouble shooting and root cause analysis.
d. Broad range of anodizing / PVD technology knowledge, technical trade-offs regarding color and process management, substrate materials use, cost analysis, coating trends and reliability testing.
e. Technical degree must include some level of chemical background education or equivalent.
