Technical Support Engineer
The technical support engineer will be responsible for providing technical consultation service to various B2B partners nation-wide and coordinate with an international team in resolving technical issues on personal computer and consumer electronic products sold in the market.
Responsibility
The individual will be the primary person accountable for taking initiatives on resolving technical inquiries & issues encountered by various service partners on timely basis. He/she will be working very closely with various domestics / global team members for problem solving and organizing / conducting technical trainings for the partners.
We are looking for an experienced / senior technical support engineer who has earned her/his merits in personal computer / smart phone industry. The candidate has to proof excellent communication, collaboration, and customer relation management capabilities and be able to work under pressure.
Professional Requirements:
l Bachelor in computer science or electronics engineering
l 5+ years experience in technical support for PC / smart phone industries
l Seeks opportunities for innovation and able to recognize improvement potentials
l Able to work under pressure in a matrix organization
l Excellent communication skill
l Excellent collaboration skills
l Excellent oral and written English skill
l Management / project management experience is a plus
