Contact Center Administrator:

The candidate will be responsible for pre-sale and post-sale Contact Center operation management for personal computer and consumer electronic products sold in the market. The individual will be the primary person accountable for manage, supervise and coordinates activities of workers providing telephone customer relations services by performing the following duties:

• Forecast volumes of calls and manpower requirements.
• Monitor productivity of customer service representatives and generates reports.
• Monitors service calls to observe agent demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.
• Coordinate and recommends corrective services to address customer escalations.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiencies.

We are looking for an experienced contact center administrator. The candidate has to proof excellent analytical capabilities and effective communication & collaboration skill.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player.
• Excellent oral and written English skill.
