6. Goals

· Responsible for Supply On Time of all finished goods and raw materials in order to guarantee

world-class customer satisfaction and improve Sales.

· Improve and maintain strong “win-win” relationship with our suppliers

· Reduce Supplier Lead Times

7. Tasks and responsibility

Supply On Time

· Purchase Order release to Supplier weekly

· Follow-up and guarantee delivery within due date

· Expedite Supplier delivery in case of urgent customer requirement

· Manage PO action messages to meet future demand changes

· Improve PO on time delivery rate

· Coordinate with Import and Logistics teams to guarantee a smooth quick flow of goods

Supplier Relations

· Complete monthly Supplier Performance Report

· Review regularly with each Supplier (visit / conference call / email etc)

· Understand Suppliers’ requirements and situation

· Have 12/24/36 month view with each Supplier

· Improve delivery conditions and solve any logistic problems

· Anticipate supplier capacity issues and take necessary actions

Reduce Supplier Lead Times

· Communicate and regularly update forecasts to Supplier

· Implement reduction of lead time solutions with Suppliers

· Implement “Firm & Tentative” orders

· Analyze and report improvements in lead time

8. Key Competencies

· Bachelor Degree in logistics, production management

· At least 3 years relevant experience in material planning, supply chain control

· Excellent current knowledge and hands-on expertise in inventory and supply chain

replenishment techniques (MRP/DRP)

· Strong data processing skills

· Clear reporting skills

· Mobile and active

· Able to prioritize quickly

· Strong external influence

· Commercial mind

· Initiative, accountable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment

with good team spirits

· Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint ) and ERP applications (QAD/ SAP/

Oracle/ BPCS)

· Fluent in spoken and written English and local language

· Ability to communicate effectively in Asia Pacific region
