7. Major Responsibilities

As a good Planner for Digital Marketing Strategy

1) Development of comprehensive digital proposition strategy

2) Create and assess the digital product/proposition roadmap for AP region; leverage services that take advantage of data and connectivity

3) Own customer insights for the region digital space

4) Propose, analyze, summarize, and catalog consumer research to drive insights and digital propositions

As a good Gate Keeper

1) Fully leverage available resources, constantly monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, brand performance and Brand Health analysis to formulate brand strategies.

2) Formulate brand operational plan: including tactics and action plan based on agreed brand objectives, strategies and budget.

3) Propose action plans and implement agreed action plans. Closely follow up the program results, sales feedback and make necessary amendment if required. Evaluate the programs after completion and provide learning for next action.

As a good Collaborator

1) As a main window to build up contact with global marketing team and optimize, analyze good

strategy to local market and implement.

2) Coordinating with sales team to prepare monthly rolling sales forecast based on brand operational plan and sales analysis

As a good Advocator

Assist AP Marketing Head to support GTM project such as product launch,formulation, packaging, pricing, communication, etc.

As a Team Leader

Initiate brand budget, monitor and analyze brand budget to ensure cost effective & efficiency and make sure within agreed budget. To manage marcom budget in AP region.

9. Education & Qualifications

9a. Bachelors degree in marketing/business relevant

9b. Desirable

Good understanding of marketing tools: 4Ps, Voice of the customer, product strategy, etc.


10. Key Skills

10a. Essential

· Digital expertise in both strategy and proposition level - requiring consumer insight, trend and technology acumen

· Understanding Agile and the role of Product Owner

· Fluency in topics related to mobile, data, connectivity and back-end systems – being able to link all of them and understand dependencies

· Good communication skills: presenting, facilitating discussions.

· Ability to handle and lead cross functional teams.

10b. Desirable

Understanding of new business models which can be enabled via Digital

11. Experience

11a. Essential

· 5 years of brand business experiences in marketing/product management

· Digital leadership, change agent and driver of new type of propositions

· Excellent communicator – can articulate clearly and translate digital features into consumer benefits (and vice-versa)

11b. Desirable

Strong commercial and technology understanding, being able to prioritise TRW features as a function

of commercial impact and required effort

Office working environment and business travel needed based on requirement.
