6. Goals

Task and responsibility

6.1 Import Customs Clearance (FTZ CBàCH, Port-àCH,PortàCL)

6.1.1 To arrange 3PL to do system operation and provide the exact allocated bonded stock list according to the tax directive of planning department ,

6.1.2 To arrange 3PL to do pick ,pack and weigh

6.1.3 To make the proforma invoice and packing list to customs broker for custom clearance

6.1.4 To arrange physical cargo transfer from CB warehouse to CH warehouse

6.1.5 To communicate with customs broker and collect all the customs archive documents from broker and submit to finance in time

6.1.6 To manage the performance of customs brokers by monthly KPI

6.1.7 To control the logistics cost for customs declaration and relative transportation and cost saving

6.1.8 Import customs declaration contract renew, benchmark and tender process support

6.1.9 To ensure data and documents accuracy from CIQ system for import clearance

6.2 Daily Domestic Transportation Management

6.2.1 To dispatch the packages for each shipment on BPCS system

6.2.2 To do confirmation operation for all the paid shipments

6.2.3 To calculate and check the custom approved data , and issue the custom documents

6.2.4 To arrange forwarder to pick up all the shipments and deliver D2D service to customers

6.2.5 To manage the performance of transportation service providers by monthly KPI

6.2.6 To control the transportation cost and relative cost saving target

6.2.7 To support the transportation contract renew, benchmark and tender process

8. Educational background

College degree in statistics, economics, logistics or related

9. Knowledge and experience

1. At least 3 years relevant experience in demand/ supply planning, customs, logistics management and inventory control in a multi-national environment

2. Must have strong process orientation, planning analysis and data processing skills

3. Initiative, accountable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment with good team spirits

4. Ability to demonstrate solid business acumen and operate in line with strategic objectives for the organization will be key.

5. Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint ) and ERP applications (QAD/ SAP/ Oracle/ BPCS)

6. Fluent in spoken and written English and local language

7. Sensitive of cost

8. Strong ability of data collection and analysis.

9. Good communication ability

10. Working experience in WGQ Free trade zone is preferred.
