职位描述
Position Specification:
Lead and direct the GZ Mfg. HR team to ensure planning and implementation of human resources plans and strategies to support strategic and operational needs of the business.
Basic Accountabilities:
1. Organize HR management working in Guangzhou factory. Provide consulting service and supporting service to business;
2. Manage HR operation and ensure recruiting, transfer and talent management in GZ factory;
3. Carry out working based on Company's Management Program and implement various regulations & rules and Government Policy.
4. Strengthen training to support employee development;
5. Work closely with the unions/government to establish good labor-management relations
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree & above
2. Experience: At least 10 years of working experience and solid HR BP experience in the multinational environment. Strong consultative capabilities in providing communication counsel. A thorough knowledge of China labor laws and regulations pertaining to personnel issues is highly desired.
3. Independent efficient considerable maturity and with strong self-initiative excellent management
4. Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese
5. Computer Skills: Excellent
6. Other Key Competencies:

-Result driven
