职位描述

Location: Beijing

Roles & Responsibilities

? Help Sales Head on formulating sales strategy by data collection and data/business analysis etc.

? Help Sales Head on formulating sales strategy by business planning and business management systems from daily to annually sales team activities and performance

? Responsible for tracking, monitoring and preparing reporting and analysis for large deals, funding ROI, etc.

? Analysis deal status to help sales team to accelerate closing

? Responsible for sales performance analysis, product analysis, segment analysis, geographic analysis etc.

? Prepare performance metrics, account trend and goal attainment analysis and analytics for management decisions on account assignment and quota assignment

Requirements

? BS/BA in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree is highly preferred.


? Around 3 years related experience in business analysis or marketing intelligence.

? Ability to work independently, while prioritizing many complex tasks in order to meet deadlines as well as working with a remote team.

? Strong business sense and comprehensive skills in Communication, Data Analysis, Process management etc.

? Expert user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
