Job Title: HR Manager Location: Beijing
Reports To: HR Director – Asia Job status: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
? Provide a full spectrum of human resources deliverables that align with business strategic goals
? Display a depth of understanding of the business organizations, including key business functions and processes
? Understands the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies. Consults and influences managers on key organizational and management concerns
? Manage Employee Relations issues, balancing advocacy for employees, compliance with local legislation and business needs
? Internal and external training programs design and development. Training requirement survey; Training result evaluation and improvement; Training delivery
? Review and enhance HR policies and standard operations procedures
? Manpower planning, Partners with line managers and provide leadership to ensure the recruitment effectiveness
? Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement, and terminations
? Provide leadership for the compensation and benefits programs (annual salary planning process, salary surveys and analysis, benefits programs, and employee services).
? Initiate HR projects for business efficiency
Education and Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a relevant discipline is required
? Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
? A minimum of 10 years related Human Resources experience in multi-international company
? Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures and the statutory environment in China
? Demonstrated expertise leading talent acquisition budgeting and workforce planning processes
? Previous experience in the medical-device industry or pharmaceutical industry is also desirable
? A high level of personal maturity and strength of character in order to grow within a challenging, fast growing organizational environment
? Strong, collaborative interpersonal communications skills
