Business Management Activities:
1) Assist Sr. Quality manager to implement MJN Quality System and Quality Compliance to improve QS system effectiveness and SOP compliance to policy and procedures.
2) Maintain and improve HACCP system, conduct compliance evaluation to clarify deviations and identify corrective actions and trace follow-up progress. Co-ordinate the 3rd party HACCP audit.
3) SOPs review and updating, pre-requisite QA programs building up to handle quality systems improvement continuously. Standardize in-process technical WI, SOP, provide related training to IPQA/ production key staffs to improve their compliance.
4) Organize GMP and QA programs training, audit, monitoring and drive continue improvement. on floor training and drive improvement continuously. Organize, co-ordinate or evaluate training programs in Operations to ensure all necessary training well done.
5) Co-ordinate ISO 9001 implementation and the 3rd party audit, internal audit. Co-ordinate head-quarter audit and self-assessment. Follow up the nonconformities addressed in audit and verify the effectiveness of CAPA.
6) Assist regulatory/registration services and ensure system/products in comply with MJN policy and local regulation.
7) Responsible for change control implementation to comply with Global Quality System requirement and verify the effectiveness of approved change request.
8) Responsible for vendor audit, annual evaluation, manage current suppliers and drive vendor’s QS improvement; develop new qualified suppliers and localised materials.
9) Organize and/or co-ordinate Production and E&M teams to solve process problems;
10) Participate in Global Product Lifecycle Management Project as local PLM project lead.
11) Organize Bi-monthly quality meeting to review status and lead operation team to improve compliance.

People Management Activities:
a. Administer multiple function peoples.
b. Communicate with external suppliers.
c. Provide training and coach.
d. Create the suitable co-ordination atmosphere.

EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years QA or GMP compliance implementation experience in food plant.
Pharmacy or Food or consumer products is advantage
Food or Science is advantage
