1. Reception work for visitors.
2. Express develivery file sending receiving.
3. Meeting room arrangement.
4. Telephone switching work.
5. Hotel reservation & Air/Train Ticket booking.
6. Responsible for office stationery/supplies/inventory work
7. Other tasks from line manager
Working Experience and education:
1. College degree above
Competencies and skills required:
1. The ambition and the commitment to work very closely with people with different background and different nationalities in order to promote a “real team spirit” is essential
2. Good in English both oral and written.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good organizational skills
