Title : Talent Management Specialist
Function Area GCN
Reports to T&D Manager, GCN
Working Location Shanghai
Job Description
Position Purpose :
? Work together with HQ project teams and implment HQ project in China
? Support the leadership development process including succession planning, performance management, development planning and talent programs, to lead talent development with organization growth.
Main Responsibility :
Performance Management
? Conduct performance management process in Festo China
? Optimize the performance managmenet process as required .
? Work together with HRBP and department heads , serve as the consultant of the Performance management process , as well as the Performance Improvmement program
Competencies Model
? Work with internal customer and external consultant firm to lead the project of competencies model
? Align the HQ competencies with GCN competencies
? Identify the career ladder for each function , by levels and competencies
? Workout the assessment methodology for each competency and work together with sales development team to access the Proficiency Level of sales.
Talent Development
? Take the lead of the succession planning effort for all the critical positions in GCN. Ensure all the critical positions have succession plans.
? Identify the talent gaps through the talent review and succession planning process and organize Individual Development Plan review meetings to ensure the plans are followed on a timely manner.
? Educate or train the professionals within the GCN on how to establish effective individual development plan.
Resources Management :
? Localize developmente materials with external vendor, by translating from English to Chinese.
? Select,maintain and manage external vendors.
? Maintain internal mentors, buddies and leverage the recourses to ensure the high quality of the development program delivery.
Project Support:
? Participate and support key development projects in order to ensure smooth project implementation
? Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager.
? Collaborate with Training specialist , lead and participant into the GCN Training and development programs.
Prerequisites
? University degree level education as a minimum requirement, with majors in Management or Human resource preferable
? At least 3 years’ related experience in talent management and/or human resources is required.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze and extract data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the process.
? Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English
? Team player, with proven leadership skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
