工作目标:
- 协助经理（高级经理）在指定区域内完成Bystronic激光切割机、高压水切割、折弯剪板机的安装、排故、保养、技术支持、热线、软件、培训、展示，积极销售百超的备件/服务，以及相关服务业务。
- 协助VP执行公司计划及规定。

职责和责任：
- 与制造、财务、人事、物流等部门协调，为客户及员工提供充分有效的帮助。
- 负责整理各种统计报表，初审服务部员工报销。
- 全面协助配合销售完成服务任务。
- 保持平衡客户关系。
- 负责管理客户服务合同、报价、技术资料及有关文件。
- 与各部门密切合作，使项目可以平稳运行,如付款收集、服务、处理客户投诉。
- 积极组织和配合公司营销活动，如促销活动、展览。
- 配合支持销售活动。

任职资格：
- 专科及以上学历，有市场营销和销售（或机电一体化/机械/电气）方面经验尤佳。
- 较好的英语阅读、听说及写作能力。

工作经验：
- 至少1年的钣金加工行业作经验。
- 至少2年以上市场或助理经验。

行为要求：
- 有基本的技术背景和商业意识。
- 了解本地市场，了解竞争对手和行业状况。
- 有良好的团队合作意识和沟通技巧。
- 良好解决问题的能力。
- 熟悉相关地区市场的金属和机械领域。

Job Purpose:
- Assist Manager(Senior Manager) and team to finish installation, trouble-shooting, maintenance, technical support, hot-line,
software, training, demo, and sell spares & service to customers of Bystronic laser/waterjet(or PB) machine and all other related
daily activities in designated territory.
- Assist VP to execute company plan and regulation.


Duty & Responsibility:
- To assist and support daily activities, like uniform, safety shows, tools… purchase and distribution;
- Responsible for the whole team’s expense claim report checking and submission;
- Responsible for internal system data entry and management, like customer master and machine master to keep it accurate
and in timely manner;
- Responsible for team report, acceptance report and all other related file record and filing;
- Responsible for conducting call back survey, Call back customer to get the feedback from customer of the work quality after
the work complete;
- Responsible for various statistical reports as and when required;
- Any other job which assigned by service manager;


Education and Professional Qualifications
- College or Bachelor degree preferably in marketing and sales (or metal/mechanical/electrical)
- English Language (writing, speaking and reading)

Working Experience:
- 1 years in sheet metal processing industry
- At least 2 years experiences in marketing or coordinator
