Job Title: Commercial Manager

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Finance Director

Subordinate: 1



Main Responsibilities:

- QB system management

Maintain QB system, including updating master data and standard price list in line with local company and group policy

Ensure the system is well respected and used by sales team

Support sales team once there are questions or new users

- Cost Sheet check and control

Maintain and update the standard cost sheet template

Support sales team to ensure the cost sheet is properly prepared for every sales quotation

Check the cost sheet preparation and result and make correction when necessary

Seek for proper approval according to discount level

- Order/contract management

Maintain standard sales order templates

Maintain standard service contract templates

Review every single order/contract in terms of price, payment terms, delivery terms etc and get proper authorization according to signature rule

- Support FD on commercial related jobs in area of:

Legal

External Credit check of new customers

Internal credit control

- Other adhoc tasks will be assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Marketing Management is a plus

-8+ years work experiences in MNCs and about 5 years related experience in European company

-Rich experience regarding price-list, cost sheet and control, contract management and legal aspect.

-Strong business sense

-Experience of ERP systems, proficient in MS Office

-Excellent communication skills both in Mandarin and English

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Responsible and good team spirit
