职位描述
Purpose of the Role: |
Contribute to SAI Global’s Assurance Services administration team, as the Client Services support, by ensuring that all administration duties are undertaken so that all business and client requirement are achieved.
Duties: |
· Providing administrative support to the Asia team, thereby ensuring that all administrative targets are met.
· To provide administrative support to the Regional Desk Manager
· Delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction to internal and external clients.
· Log and process submissions and endorsements within agreed time frames and following certification rules.
· Accept and forward or respond to all inquiries received in an efficient, accurate and professional manner – logging where necessary.
· Manage and clear weekly exceptions appropriate to the role to ensure KPI’s are met.
· Maintain the electronic customer files.
· Maintain all customer data in Salesforce/Navision.
· Distribute all mail/faxes received.
· Process and receive stationery requests.
· Ensure audit activities are invoiced to clients.
· Accept and forward or respond to all invoice inquiries received
· Process contractor invoices for payment.
· Receive and process for payment all other invoices relevant to Client Services.
· Process credit notes.
· Log, prepare notes for and ensure close out of formal (and other as assigned) customer complaints.
· Complete all required logs for the duties above.
· Deliver departmental KPI’s
· Complete projects as assigned by the Regional Desk Manager.
Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications: |
· College degree is would be desirable.
· Relevant working experience.
Work Experience Required: |
· At least 5-7 years in an office based customer service environment,
· At least 3 years in similar role in other international certification body would be desirable,
· Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office products and database management,
· Experience or understanding of basic accounting desirable,
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
· Working in a team environment,
· Goal oriented,
· Fluent English in Speaking, reading and writing,
