职位描述
Main job responsibilities:
1. Assist the General Manager on daily work
2. Complete the tasks appointed by General Manager
3. Keep the Company chop
4. Keep and maintain the Company Certificates and documents
5. Management of hotel and ticket reservation
6. Organize management meeting and take meeting minutes
6. Assist the application of the Spanish business visa for Lucta GZ staff excluding Feed Additive Division, Fragrance Division and Food Flavour Division; Assist the application of the Chinese business visa for Lucta S.A. staff.
7. Communication with Lucta Spain
8. Board members’ travel and accommodation arrangements, deal with relevant issues.
9. Responsible for all important visitors’ travel and accommodation plan
10. Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
1. University degree or above, majoring in Business Management/ Chemistry/ English or related
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC; at least 1 year overseas study/ working experience.
3. Familiar with Enterprise Operation and Management;
4. Excellent English/Mandarin and translation skills;
5. Fluent Spanish will be a plus.
6. Good computer skills.
