Summary:

This position is subject to administrative department as support role, the duties and responsibilities are listed but not limited as followings and should complete any other tasks assigned by Admin manager and Asia operation manager, this position direct report to Asia HR&Admin manager and dotted line report to US IT team.

Job Duties:

- Provide effective efficient end-user technical support and user training

- Responsible for end-user’s support and trouble-shooting, including department application software if required

- Responsible for updating local IT assist, IT user guides and inventory management.

- Assist all staffs on burning file to CD and video taping if required

- Conducting data tape-backup on Data Backup Policy, data verification and disaster recovery simulation

- Document all software installation/changes/updates according to standards/procedures

- Maintenance and records of file-sharing permissions

- General hardware/software installations and problem solving

- Monitoring system performance and perform load balancing

- Participating in local/global IT project implementation

- Drive continual improvement on IT policies and procedures aligned to industry best practices

- Maintain and update Server.

- Purchasing IT equipment.

- Temporary follow some admin function during Sep to Nov as Team work need of Admin department.(like ticket/Hotel booking if any)

- Other task assigned by Department manager

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

- At least 3 years Work experiences in MNC and Internet related company .

- Proven experience in data centers management, network operation and office IT support

- Being experience on helpdesk

- Very good knowledge of Win7,recent releases of Windows Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft Office installation, support and troubleshooting

- Experience on Systems Security and IT security

- Hardware Installation and support (PCs, Printers, disks ,telephone etc.)

- Knowledge on LAN,networ switches and patch panels

- Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol

- Be familiar with SAP is preferred.

- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, leadership skills and strategic thinking capability.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English, good communication ability both Chinese and English

- Team work spirit and can work independent

- Work place SZ and travel is requested.
