职位描述
Position Accountabilities:
1 Provide technical support PC system problems on end users
2 Implement the installation of business and engineering systems and their application to end-users
3 Maintain the infra related hardware according to the defined maintenance plan. Feedback the problem to Supervisor or contact with vendor to resolve it.
4 Propose the solution on service improvement and simplify the operations to increase the satisfaction of end users, as well as managing customers’ requirements to follow IT policy.
5 Handle daily IT infrastructure operations, such as IT equipment application, email account application, exit checklist, etc. Ensure all the operations according to defined IT policy and get proper approval.
6 Provide Intra related hardware/software training to end user
7 VIP support
8 Remote/On-site support for warehouse
9 Assets management, all IT hardware, 100% accuracy
10 Assist with IT purchase, monitor easily-consumed products and propose purchase
11 Vender management, contact 3rd party to maintain hardware or software, manage vender in good service
12 Dig into problem and could find the root cause and coach other team members.
13 Knowledge management, maintain IT documents and service guides, as well as propose new ones. Assist with IT performance report or improve current performance measurements
14 Finish all tasks assigned by direct manager on time and in good quality.
Job Requirements:
1 College degree
2 Prefer 5+ year's working experience in IT Infrastructure
3 Work experience in similar roles for big multinational companies
4 Sound knowledge of Windows XP, Win 7, Windows Server and Networking systems
5 Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communication skill and self-learning skills
6 English Skill, could read/write and simply oral English
7 Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities
