Job Summary
This position works closely with each of the plants Quality teams in Gestamp Asia. Evaluating work processes to determine strategies and programs which provide greater productivity and efficiency of company functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Gathers information to evaluate current work processes in order to determine the flow of work, time requirements, costs, and duration.
? To evaluate current lean working status. Combine with future Value Stream imaging to determine the improvement opportunities.
? Develops strategies and programs that improve the productivity and efficiency of the various work processes of the company.
? Applies various industrial engineering problem solving and productivity techniques to evaluate the improvement of recommended strategies and programs.
? Instructs others in continuous process improvements, including the use of various problem solving and productivity techniques such as process mapping and cost time management.
? Lead process improvement teams to rigorously apply the problem -solving process improvement methodologies, and achieve business results.
? Work with the team and the plants to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
? Provide the plants with support, tools and training to conduct meaningful project reviews.
? Provide one-on-one project review and mentoring in application of problem-solving methodology and tools.
? Lead efforts to implement Process Control and Management process mapping (i.e. documentation, metrics, monitoring systems and process ownership).
? To lead training for plant team to develop Lean skills
? Others which Quality Director arranged.
Qualifications and Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years working experience in Lean Manufacturing management.
? Strong working knowledge of Problem-Solving, Lean Manufacturing, and operations management concepts.
? Works effectively to get results while both leading and participating on teams.
? Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and a demonstrated ability at influencing change.
? Self motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results.
? Highly flexible and able to react constructively and with a positive attitude to multiple demands, shifting priorities, change and unexpected events.
? Analytical skills with a practical common sense approach.
? Working knowledge in process and organizational improvement tools like process flow mapping, root cause analysis, etc.
? Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
? Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
? Good command of English both in verbal and written, CET-6.
? Availability to travel in China and abroad (50%).

4.2010-2011：产品导向
2010年海斯坦普收购了一家在汽车开闭件行业处于领军地位的德国公司edscha（爱德夏集团），其产品包含铰链、车门限位器、自动开闭系统、脚踏板等。爱德夏集团在9个国家设有14座工厂和2个研发中心，被客户视为一家高技术型集团。拜这次收购之赐海斯坦普显著扩充了其产品门类。
产品导向的增长路线借收购蒂森克虏伯（tk-mf）金属部件业务在2011年继续保持，为本已很广泛的生产网络又增添了17家工厂和2个研发中心。海斯坦普借此巩固了自己在西欧的领军地位，加大了在中国的市场地位并在底盘业务中获得了增长。

5.2012- 2013：亚洲
海斯坦普在中国投资了4个新工厂项目（重庆、沈阳、东莞、爱德夏昆山），2013年海斯坦普与日本三井建立联盟以开发日本供应商

如今，海斯坦普在全球拥有雇员达34,000人，业务遍布全球23个国家，拥有56个生产中心，13个自动化工程研发中心，欧洲区域33个工厂，巴西和阿根廷5个工厂，美国和墨西哥5个工厂，波兰和匈牙利2个工厂，亚洲有9家工厂。海斯坦普亚太区总部设在上海，并在中国昆山，武汉，重庆，沈阳，东莞均设有工厂。
