Major/Key Responsibilities
? Work closely with PAP countries in order to manage reporting partners, templates, processes and procedures for channel data collection to meet business requirements.
? Support sales operation in activities by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.
? Prepare weekly reports and take the ownership for data integrity check and follow up.
? Support sales operation team on standardize key items across countries in PAP region and escalate if any issue.
? Support PAP regional channel partner database and other database maintenance.
? Understand compliance requirements and ensure the regional operations under the compliant execution
? Support on other adhoc tasks required by management team.

Qualifications/Requirements
? 2-3 year work experience with outstanding performance, prefer with related work experience
? With high integrity value, positive working attitude and highly committed
? Used to working to strict deadlines
? Comfortable driving a reporting process that will require action to get the data in place
? Good communication skill
? Creativity and Innovation
? Professional user on Microsoft Excel and MS PPT
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
