7. Major Responsibilities

· Conduct monthly rolling forecast, including 5+7, cash flow forecast and forecast variance analysis.

· Conduct Corporate HFM Package report including month / Quarter / Year-end close reporting in a timely manner.

· Preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.

· Develop and implement internal control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.

· Lead sales analysis for all regions (IAM, OES, ROW, MEA). Assist to provide financial analysis as well as solutions to senior management.

· Monitor and analyze the variance to evaluate the operation performance.

· Coordinate with Business function leader to make profitability improvement.

· Leading division SOX test and complete corporate SOX package report.

· Coordinate internal and external auditing matter.

· Provides analytical support for various projects to meet project targets and continuous improvement.

8. Key Performance Measures

· Meet deadline for corporate report schedule

· Present real business performance to management team in time with multiple analysis

9. Education & Qualifications

9a. Essential

Bachelor degree or above, Finance or Accounting

9b. Desirable

CPA or other equivalent professional certification is preferred.

More than 8 years experience of Finance perspective is preferred

More than 5 years FP&A experience is preferred

Background of foreign capital enterprises is preferred

Familiar with SAP or HFM system is preferred

Good skill of English communication is preferred

10. Key Skills

10a. Essential

· Microsoft Office knowledge. Excellent level of Excel required

· ERP experience and knowledge especially in SAP is an advantage

· Excellent in both written and oral English, Chinese

· Have good commercial acumen, and team player

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to interact with colleagues from other functions

· Good interpersonal & presentation skill
