职位描述

SUMMARY



In this position, the job holder is required to liaise, interact and communicate with various functional team from around the globe to enable successful sales in the region, such as finance, technical support, supply chain etc.

The employee working in this position is expected to resolve these major problems:

Grow sales and profitability for the organization in the key account assigned.
Prepare and maintain key account plan with quality data and analysis.
Able to deal with all levels and all functions at key account effectively to excel business performance.
Global communications with other colleagues that handle the same key account to ensure seamless coverage and support globally.
Map out account strategies to maximize sales and profitability growth, as well as top notch customer satisfaction.
Co-ordinate and mobilizes resources as required to support both core and new businesses at the assigned account.
Build strong rapport and relationship at assigned account.
When job tasks are done well, the key major deliverables are:

Meet or exceed Sales Revenue and Operating Profit set target at this assigned account.
Market share at this assigned account.
KPIs for customer satisfaction to be met.
Disciplined outcome on AR and Inventory position.


Have excellent feel for market and competitive assessment at assigned account to create optimum opportunities, success and pricing management.


DUTIES

1. Manage and work with all operating functions in the region and globally to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit targets.

2. Establish grid working relationship with colleagues globally to enhance the success and accountability of this assigned account

3. Collate and submit Key Account visitation reports and to share such with global team and regional team.

4. Achieve personal work performance targets and project/task deadlines, as set out and agreed upon with immediate Supervisor during performance appraisal reviews.

5. Submit Monthly Sales report/account plan to immediate Supervisor highlighting sales performance and trend for the region.

6. Meet quarterly with immediate Supervisor to review business progress and assess / evaluate on personal work performance status.

7. Maintain and upkeep a list of up-to-date competitive business developments, projects and opportunities.

8. Attend and participate in group meetings/conference on subjects that is vital to success at such key account.

9. Perform any other duties that are assigned by the Company.


QUALIFICATIONS

An individual who is a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with a minimum 3-7 years working experience in Sales and Marketing with strong technical background preferably in pigments, paint & coating industries. The individual should possess the following skill-sets and attributes:

1. Possess strong interaction and interpersonal skills.

2. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

3. Is bi-lingual in both Chinese and English language.

4. Possess good analytical, selling and negotiation skills.

5. Is methodical in analyzing and solving issues/problems.

6. Able to work independently.

7. Able to handle and manage confidential information.

8. Is IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power-Point and Word.
