职位描述
Job Function
1.Dept Support
·Screen, receive, route and answer incoming calls;
·Visitors filtering, receiving and recording;
·Domestic and international inbound & outbound mail/package handling and internal ETR system direction;
·Business travel supporting to Shen Zhen office staff and QC travelers in Shenzhen, such as visa application, flight, hotel and car booking, loaner phone and data card managing;
·Support meetings, trainings, internal team activities and events hold in SZ;
·Work with local carrier such as CT/CU account manager to support SZ office staff’s carrier service requests.
·Stationery & office supplies order and managing;
·Name card printing;
·Conference room booking and managing;
·Paper work handling such as document filing, copying, fax and etc.;
·Other administrative work assigned randomly
2.Onsite facility support for customer training sessions held in Shenzhen.
3.Create Salesforce report or dashboard.
Skills/Experience
1.Minimum two-year working experience, prefer with multinational company
2.Excellent Chinese and English communication skills both in verbal and written, Cantonese is a plus
3.Requires advanced knowledge of Outlook (Email and Calendar), Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
4.Can handle multi-task assignment by priority.
5.Good communication skills and team work.
6.Well organized, hard-working, initiative, flexible, strong sense of responsibility.
