Job description :

- Lead assembly materials management, and cooperate with Package Development/Quality/Engineering departments;

- Serve as the contact window between material suppliers & RnD, and setup material roadmap and technology trend for global market;

- Provide technical support for materials selection, design application, and risk analysis etc., for new package assembly development;

- Provide support for material characterization and analysis;

- Deal with problems emerged in manufactory (materials Related), root cause analysis & improvement;

- Build and maintain material related databases & working shop.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Material Science and Engineering , Material Processing, etc.;

- Solid knowledge of materials (Metal and Non-metallic materials);

- Solid knowledge of material characterization and analysis, and related equipment (SEM, EDX, XPS, XRD, FTIR, etc.)

- Good at Information retrieval and summarizing;

- Excellent innovation ability;

- Good team player, and ability to multi-task and meet deadline

- Good communications skills, including written and verbal English
