Major Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Managers
• Manage the schedule, calendar and logistics for a wide range of daily activities including conference calls and business meetings.
• Supporting meeting arrangement, calendar scheduling and travel arrangement etc.
• Support visa application include invitation letter, work and residence permit etc.
• Planning and coordinating travel and meeting arrangements for senior management, including send invitation, room booking, facilities set up, prepare itinerary, meeting minutes, and etc.
• Prepare different types of business documents such as reports, proposals and presentation material in a professional manner
• Translation (email, letters, phone call etc.)
• Craft reports, spreadsheet and presentations, follow up on tasks assigned to managers
• Coordinate with internal departments and to fulfill business requirements
• Support with general office administration, working close with HR & Admin team
• Support back up reception when required
• Assist manager on monthly expense/medical insurance claims
• Support customer meeting/supplier meeting/senior management logistics and itinerary
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience working in a corporate environment at a senior level
• Experience at an advanced level using Microsoft Word and Powerpoint applications as well as use of the internet and web applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability and confidence to effectively interface with senior management. Professional approach, good judgment, problem solver, able to grasp concepts and think/learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail, well organized and ale to multi-task in an environment of managing priorities
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English
