首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? To learn the technical trends and customer requirements through customer visits and other resources;
? To develop new products based on the market trends and /or customer requirements;
? To initiate and manage customer joint projects; to ensure all projects can be completed in time and can bring additional value to company and our customers;
? To work with process engineer and production team for new material production trials and optimizing our production process;
? To work with purchase team for new raw material sourcing and qualification;
? To provide technical support and troubleshooting to our customers.
? To ensure his team and himself comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
? Technical visits and supports to internal and external customers.
? To initiate and manage internal and/or external projects, to ensure all projects can be completed in time and bring additional value to company and our customers;
? To be sensitive on new market trends and customer requirements, and can take pre-action on the market and customer demands;

监督责任
Supervisory Responsibilities:
? 1-2 reports;
? Direct activity of technicians and plant employees during trials and testing.

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? M Sc. above in Chemistry, Polymers, Chemical Engineering, High Performance Materials and relative sciences.
? Have good knowledge or experience in automotive industry and/or in moulding process like injection, extruding, vacuum moulding etc;
? Good ability to participate in and lead cross functional teams.
? Good language and interpersonal ability: fluent in written and spoken in Chinese and English is a must; can speak German or Japanese is not a must but could be prior;
? Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
