Job Purpose:

Execute installation, trouble-shooting, maintenance, technical support, hot-line, software, training, and sell spares & service to customers of PB machine and all other related service activities in designated territory

Duty & Responsibility:

l Execute installation most kind of machines according to company’s standards by offering quality service with decent, professional manner.

l Trouble-shooting customer problems in a timely and effective manner.

l Maintenance on most kind of machines.

l Provide advanced technical support to customers.

l Obtain max sales lead from existing customer and do demo on field to support sales team.

l Achieve spares & service sales target, complete the tasks from Service manager or hot liner.

l Study technical manuals to determine equipment needs or system enhancements, and transfer knowledge to apprentice, technician and engineer. Can create alternative solutions to recurring problems.

l Responds to customers’ requests for system changes and upgrades in a timely manner.

l Providing advanced technical training to customers.

l Learning and transfer knowledge to others symmetrically.

l Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers.

l Working closely with various departments to keep project running smoothly, such as payment collection, service, handle customer complain.

l Assist sales for new project and market development.

l Actively participate and cooperate with company marketing activities like exhibitions.

Education and Professional Qualifications

Technical school, college or bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical is preferred.

Good English Language (writing and reading)

Working Experience:

3 years experiences on service in PB machinery industry.

1 years experiences on service for Bystronic PB machine is preferred.

Behavioral Attributes:

Self-motivated with strong interest in service.

工作目标:

在指定区域内执行完成Bystronic折弯、剪板机的安装、排故、保养、技术支持、热线、软件、培训，销售百超的备件/服务，以及相关服务业务。

职责和责任：

按公司标准安装主要类型的机器，向客户提供优质，专业的服务。

及时有效的解决客户的问题。

维护主要类型的机器。

向客户提供先进的技术支持。

在为客户做演示时帮助支持销售团队提高销售可能性。

完成备件/服务销售任务，执行服务经理或热线布置的任务。

学习技术手册，确定设备需求，并与技术员和工程师沟通。

及时响应客户请求的系统变更和升级。

向客户提供先进的技术培训。

向其他人学习，与相关人员分享有关知识和经验。

定期安排客户参加产品和技术培训，能协调解决客户的问题,满足客户的要求。

与各部门密切合作，使项目可以平稳运行,如付款收集、服务、处理客户投诉。

协助销售开发新项目和市场。

积极参与和配合公司营销活动，如展会。

任职资格：

中专技校，专科或本科学历的机电一体化/机械/电气专业尤佳。

较好的英语阅读及写作能力。

工作经验：

至少3年的数控折弯机床服务经验。

1年以上百超折弯、剪板机的服务经验尤佳。

行为要求：

有丰富的技术背景和商业意识。

熟悉本地市场，能对竞争对手和行业作出正确的分析。

有自觉且积极的服务意识。

有良好的团队合作意识和沟通技巧。

基本的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。
