Scope:
Digital Agency Management and MediaLab operation for China. Digital Capability building covering North Asia
Business Context:
- The Digital Operations Manager is in the digital expertise team and report to the Vice President Digital Marketing and eCommerce;
- Develop systematic approach to manage Digital partner relationship at corporate level, consistently drive quality of partner’s delivery across categories,with the focus on China mainland
- Track, evaluate and drive Digital Agency’s performance
- Develop Digital & Production roster, drive cost efficiencies and quality deployments
- Agency Commercial management
- Lead MediaLab operations, drive lab content roadmap and develop capability building activities primary for Marketing, eCommerce and Customer Development functions.
- Work with HR to drive the digital capability building plan / activities for North Asia
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Deliver and drive return on marketing investment through effective and efficient management agency partnerships and day-to-day operations
- Manage internal communication to drive awareness and participation in digital activities and events
- Accelerate Corporate Digital capability building and drive best-in-class Digital innovation
Main Accountabilities:
Digital Partner Management
- Partner with marketing team (BB and BD) to track Digital Agency’s performance, develop and report ‘Agency performance Score Card’ to Digital VP and key stakeholders
- Lead Digital Agency evaluation (half year and full year) with collative feedback from internal team; deliver constantly feedback to Agency and drive improvement (including campaign feedback)
- Gatekeeper for Digital SOW, Agency staffing plan, project quotation and payment (quality check for campaign delivery i.e. campaign OTIF, result hitting rate)
- Develop Digital content & Production roster, build cost efficiency and scalability
- Partner with Finance/procumbent team to support Agency Commercial management, build corporate benchmark (consistency, standard and template)
MediaLab Operation
- Lead MediaLab operation on daily basis, develop MediaLab activities to drive best Digital practice and Innovation
- Partner with DMS team to develop and deploy Content Roadmap for MediaLab
- Partner with Media team to source and update content for MediaLab
- Partner with Media and CMI team to integrate Digital marketing insight into MediaLab content
Capability building
- Organize Digital capability building program through collaboration with partners
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of Digital Agency or Digital marketing function experience
- 2 years+ FMCG industry related experience
- Preferable in-house marketing experience
- 3 Years+ experience working with Digital production house and Digital Media
- Minimum 2 years team management experience
