Job Purpose

Monitor and track the material supply plan, sustain material supply for production; ensure customer order fill and maintain high customer service level; layout material /bulk/FG inventory structure to ensure finance and KPI target; support new BPCS/MGX module development.

Key Responsibilities

· Make supply plan and production plan based on sales forecast in value stream concept, ensure customer order fulfillment, support commercial business.

· Optimize material/FG inventory structure based on supply plan and production plan; ensure supply chain finance and KPI target.

· Make site long-term capacity requirement plan based on demand forecast, offer data support to other functions within GMS in decision making.

· Issue, track purchase order in value stream concept to ensure material supply; evaluate vendor performance based on GSK evaluation standard.

· Track and evaluate execution of customer order.

· GSK global logistics project.

· Support other functions in source change, new product launch and validation project to ensure supply.

· Introduce LeanSigma concept to supply chain management to realize supply optimization and cost saving.

· Support implement of new BPCS module to in line with GSK supply chain process and GMP requirement.

· Offer Training to site BPCS users on BPCS functionality.

· Manage TSK&F inbound & outbound business for inventory material.

· Actively involved in Quality and EHS all kinds of activity .Attend internal L1/L2 audit and ensure continuous improvement

Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures

Specialised Knowledge

¨ breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field require

· Educational background ( Diploma/Major)

· Majored in pharmaceutical or management, bachelor degree or above.

· Working experience

· 2 years working experience in related function, familiar with production operation, PO transaction and supplier management.

· Knowledge/skills

· Concept and skills of supplier management.

· Concept and skills of inventory management.

· Good understand of MRPII concept and BPCS functionality.

· In-bound & Out-bound management and working experience.

· Computer and foreign language skills.

· Good command of computer and office software.

· English CET-4, proficient in speaking, listening and reading.

• Ability required.

· Good negotiation skills

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Good management skills.
