-中专以上学历（大专学历优先），8年以上相关工作经验，加工中心调试、编程操作熟练，产品调试经验丰富
-能熟练读图与精确自检
-能独立准备或制作工装夹具者
-会使用游标卡尺、千分尺等基本测量设备。
-及时有效的发现、分析、解决调机问题，能不断提高调机效率
-仔细、诚实、稳重，有责任心，服从上司的工作安排
-会简单英文者优先
-能熟练读图与精确自检
-能独立准备或制作工装夹具者
-会使用游标卡尺、千分尺等基本测量设备。
-及时有效的发现、分析、解决调机问题，能不断提高调机效率
-仔细、诚实、稳重，有责任心，服从上司的工作安排
