职位描述：

验货前的报价、验货要求的确认；
跟进客户的咨询和沟通，维护客户要求的更新；
将客户要求转换成公司内部的检验要求；
验货报告的编辑、审核和发送；
处理客户投诉；
协调验货现场的问题。


职位要求：

大专或以上学历， 英语良好；
熟悉玩具、家具或杂货等的质量要求；
有强烈的团队意识；责任心强；性格豁达开朗；良好的语言表达、人际沟通能力；
能够顺利地阅读英语资料， 能用英语收发邮件；
熟悉使用办公室软件，有第三方检验机构工作经验优先；
