The purposes of this position are:

It’s enables GBU Mobility to growth the market shares of Outsourced Manufacture (OM)
Bulb for our after-market sales, ensure all OM project running on track, and product specification are well managed by follow project status. Meanwhile, take role as project leader to release a few key OM projects from 3rd part suppliers and support suppliers on technology, process, and production.

 Structurally manage OM project and regular review with PMM and Operation team.
 Tracking all OM project and clearly identify project status. Feedback timely before project running on issue.
 Participant milestone assessment meeting for project review.
 Maintain BFR product specification and visual perspective with PMM, Ensure all specification are up to date according to project running status.
 Conduct technical assessment for supplier selection.
 Lead the release of a few key OM bulb project, in line with project planning
 Writing project report for PPC, PF, CA-CR.
 Archive product/process documentation in sharepoint
 Organize extenal support for supplier improvement
Job Requirements & Skills

·Education学历
Bachelor or Master degree in technical area, such as lighting technology, process technology, Physics, Chemistry, Material science
·Experience工作经验
Least 5years working experience on engineering related industry. With lighting working experience is a plus. Familier with HAL/Auto product/process design is preference.
·Competency and Skills 能力和技能
Equipped with project managment skill
Experience of technical project leader or Ingetal Project Leader role.
Quality mindset, able to apply quality tools such as FMEA, GB/BB approach etc.
Fluent in both written and spoken of English
Smooth communication and soft skills
Taking challenge and be able to work under pressures
