PURPOSE目的

The position is to provide installation, technical training, repair and maintenance service to all customers using our devices.

The position will report to the service supervisor HHS based in Shanghai. He also needs to communicate and co-ordinate with sales, marketing, finance, CS department for delivering the services.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

1. Offer post sales service, installation, training and repair to the customers

2. Accurate forecast the demand for the spares.

3. Manage the installation base and service spare stock.

4. Provide technical training to distributors and end customers.

5. Achieve service revenue.

6. Co-ordinate with related departments ensure delivering of good after-sales service.

7. Other tasks assigned by team & company

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

a) Education学历:

• Bachelor or above

• Advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering

b) Experience工作经验:> 3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry

c) Travel Frequency出差频率: < 25%

d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

• Strong technical knowledge on Healthcare products

• Strong communication skill and Open mind to share with others

• Clear and logic thinking

• Ability to handle multi tasks

• Good execution skill

• Excellent English skill in reading, writing and speaking

• Willing to take responsibility

• Self motivation and self management
