KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase awareness of Customer Care sense and responsibility in all five products within the team;
• Ensure of documentation KPIs are met, support data integrity, rate accuracy, commodity descriptions and dimensions;
• Back up for Customer Care team members, make sure timely update in customers’ systems;
• Review and update Customer Care procedures to mirror new ways of working;
• Identify improvement areas through target initiatives;
• Enhance the communication and collaboration between other teams, increase synergy;
• Distinguish Customer Care team through superb customer service and operational excellence;
• Develop training of the team and internal competence exchange;
• Coordinate documentation for cargo quality issues;
• Coordinate equipments with region office to satisfy the local needs from the market;
• Coordinate schedule with voyage management;
• Coordinate space allocation with trade management;
• Monitoring pricing ( including BAF + other surcharge );
• Other tasks as assigned.

COMPETENCES:

• University degree or equivalent study experience;
• Minimum 5 years experience in international shipping industry;
• Good communication skills with both internal and external parties, good team player;
• Good user skills in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in English both oral and writing;
• Stress details, careful and patient;
• Accept over time work and required business travel;
• High Motivation in learning and action
• Able to work under pressure and to tight time lines.
• Good administration skills.
