职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 分析验证产品的系统需求；
2. 验证系统设计、软件需求、软件设计和软件实施；
3. 验证集成测试计划、测试设计规范以及测试程序；
4. 与跨职能团队合作开发软件模块、软件集成和系统测试计划，并测试规范/程序；
5. 有效地沟通，并在团队内呈现发现、问题和解决方案，包括对需要采取的行动的建议；
6. 在程序环境下进行分析和评估；
7. 在需要的情况下指示和指导初级工程师；
8. 处理其他职责相关任务。
任职要求：
1. 能源工程、电气、电子工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 至少三年以上在能源、电力行业担任电子电气工程师的工作经验；
3. 精通PLC的理论知识及实践应用；
4. 积极的态度和团队合作精神；
5. 做事积极主动，追求新事物并能快速接受；
6. 能够分析技术和系统/软件架构需求；
7. 流利的英语听说读写能力；
8. 出色的计划组织和协调能力；
9. 拥有“以客户为中心”以及“关注所有成本”的理念；
10. 表现稳重，具有很好的抗压能力，能够坚守立场并且自我激励；
11. 能够适应出差。
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and verify system requirement of projects;
2. Verify the system design, software requirement, software design and software implementation;
3. Verify the integration test plan, test design specification, and test procedure;
4. Work with cross-functional team to develop software component, software integration and system test plans, and test specifications/procedures;
5. Effectively communicate and present findings, problems, and solutions within the team including recommendations for actions;
6. Undertake a range of analysis and assessments in the program environment;
7. Monitors and mentors junior engineers as required;
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or other related field;
2. At least 3 years experience in Energy or Power industry as a electrical and electronics engineer;
3. Good knowledge and practice of Program Logic Controller (PLC) application;
4. Positive attitude with team working spirit;
5. A self-starter with a strong desire to learn new concepts and adapt quickly;
6. Ability to analyze technical requirements and systems/software architecture;
7. Be fluent in written and spoken English;
8. Has shown the ability to plan, organize and co-ordinate with other disciplines well;
9. “Customer Focus” and “Over All Cost Focus” minded;
10. Steadiness in performance, the ability to stand up well under stress, ability to stand his ground, self-motivation;
11. Flexibility on travelling.
