Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the realization of projects from understanding the consumer and ideation, through primary function development, to product realization, market launch and initial post-market surveillance；
2. Set-up and lead one or more multi disciplinary project team(s), with internal and external project members and business partners/sub-contractors. Your scope is international so some travelling is part of this job；
3. Define and achieve competitive edge project goals within constraints of budget, time, quality and strategic boundary conditions；
4. Manage the involved risks, and take corrective actions if the project runs out of your plan. You inform the stakeholders when needed；
5. Together with your team, you will set up a review structure that provides optimal insight into the current status of the project. These jobs offer growth potential and opportunities for further career development within our Organization ；

2. 同内部和外部项目成员及业务合作伙伴/分包商一起设立并领导一个或多个多学科项目团队，你的范围是国际性的，所以出差是这个工作的一部分；
3. 在预算、时间、质量和战略边界条件的限制内，定义和实现竞争优势项目目标；
4. 管理涉及到的风险，并在项目偏离计划的时候采取纠正措施。当需要的时候要通知利益相关者；
5. 和你的团队一起设立审查结构，对项目的当前状态表现出最佳洞察力；本职位有机会获得在本组织内部进一步职位发展的潜力和机会；



Requirements:

1. Have a university degree in a relevant technical subject, preferably Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Bio-mechanical engineering.
2. Have a proven track record and preferably experience in leading international, multi-disciplinary, product development projects in a R&D environment. Broad experience in predevelopment and product development of consumer products is required, whereas experience in mass production is an advantage.
3. It is an advantage if you have experience in Personal care products and enabling technologies such as skin physiology, IR, ultra-sound, heating & cooling, fluid management (dosing, pumping), Liquid Silicon Rubbers, or in mechatronics and bio-mechanics.
4. Have experience in understanding and translating consumer needs.
5. Have experience in leading in a multi-site multi-partner development environment.
6. Have experience in analyzing the stakeholder environment and needs to achieve common objectives, considering contradicting interests and making the best decisions for the project as well as the business. You have negotiation skills.
7. Have experience in balancing risks and opportunities of innovative solutions.
8. Preferably you are familiar with Design for Six Sigma, Lean development, FMEA,…
9. Creative, analytically strong and also hands-on.
10. A strong leader and a team player. You are an excellent communicator and motivator, skilled in managing interpersonal processes.
11. Able to continuously challenge the status quo, with a strong desire to improve organizational effectiveness structurally.
12. Always looking for perfection. You don’t accept underperformance or poor results. You have a quality mindset.



任职要求：

1. 有相关技术领域本科学历，最好是物理、机械工程或生物机械工程专业；
2. 有良好的记录，最好是在研究和开发环境下领导国际化、多学科的产品开发项目，还需要有在消费类产品的前期开发和产品发展领域的广泛经验，最好还有大规模生产经验；
3. 最好还有在个人护理产品和皮肤生理、红外、超音、加热和冷却、流体管（给药，泵送）、液体硅橡胶，或机电一体化和生物力学等方面的经验；
4. 有理解和阐述消费者需求方面的经验；
5. 有在多站点多伙伴发展环境合作的领导经验；
6. 有能力分析利益相关者的处境和需求以实现共同目标，矛盾的利益考虑以及为项目和业务作出最好的决定，有谈判技巧；
7. 有平衡创新解决方案的风险和机遇的相关经验；
8. 最好熟悉六西格玛、精益发展、FMEA等的设计；
9. 有创新能力，较强的分析能力和动手能力；
10. 是强有力的领导者并且有团队合作精神，有良好的沟通能力和激励能力，并善于人际交往过程管理；
11. 始终追求完美，不能接受表现不佳或结果不佳，有注重质量的心态；
